LETTER OF REPORT

In sequel to your letter dated 22^nd September, 2010 which accompanied the first release of GOLEM crises fund to our ministry, the church committee and the entire congregation express their profound gratitude to God who gave you such an eye opener, and to the entire member of the GOLEM, in ministering God’s love in such a practical way to effect a change in our church and in the lives of the individual members who are victims of circumstances.

This actions indeed, is a foundation which I strongly believe would a drastic and positive change to lives of many; and unlimited blessings of God to the lives of the donors who dimmed it fit to consider us as a good link for such a charitable and pastoral care.

However, the common slogan and visionary statement of our ministry is “to do the undone and reach the unreached with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ”. And so, we have ever since committed ourselves to the cause of the underprivileged in the society; to bring as much smile as God would allow to the faces of people, though at a very low pace owing to financial constraint. All the same, we thank God for testimonies and impact that grace had allowed us to create.

The receipt of the initial amount of 50,000 was timely. It arrived during the time of evangelical touring from street to street and there was a need for a big generating set which 50% of GOLEM’s fund was earmarked for. 25% for Republic of Benin beneficiaries and the rest 25% for savings

These are trustworthy men and women in the ministry who control the affairs of GOLEM under my instructions.

The ministry would further appreciate your support in the following areas of need:

(1)  Computers for training young school leavers who can also raise their financial pillars from such opportunity

(2)  Timely support for all full time missionaries, two (2) in Benin Republic and four (4) in Nigeria.Housing, Feeding e.t.c.

(3)  Nigerian brethren are already into sending clothing materials to brethren in Benin. You can also the same.

(4)  Support for our medical/faith clinic

(5)  Considerable stock of books/educative materials for our library which is hoped will in turn arouse the interest of our already existing and potential readers.

(6)  Equipment for crusade

(7)  Special caring facilities for the aged, widows, orphans and most young men/ladies that are struggling to fend for living

(8)  Creating a vocational centre beside GOLEM office for vocational training in e.g. tailoring, barbing, fine art/printing, e.t.c.
